INFORMATION CLAUSE
(reading the Information Clause is mandatory)
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Dz.U. of 2019, item 1781), the University informs you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data included in the questionnaire for admission to studies is the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin with its registered office at 17 Piastów Avenue, 70-310 Szczecin.
2. The controller of personal data has appointed a person to supervise the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via e-mail: IOD.kurek@zut.edu.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process for the studies, documenting the course of studies, including the issuance of documents, and the implementation of the University's obligations under the law, i.e. the Law on Higher Education and Science (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574, as amended) and executive regulations to the Act. Your data will also be used for statutory, archival and statistical purposes.
4.The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the student admission questionnaire is Article 6 (1)(c), (d) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) in connection with the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574, as amended) and implementing regulations to the Act.
5. The recipient of your personal data will be the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, including only those employed and authorized by the administrator to process data within their official duties.
6. Your data will not be disclosed to external entities, except in cases where such disclosure is imposed on the university by applicable law, and except in cases where it is disclosed to entities that maintain the IT infrastructure and provide technical support services for the Uczelnia.XP system.
7. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to carry out the purposes specified in point 3.
8. You have the right to access your data, and subject to the law: the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time. 9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the University's processing of your personal data violates the regulations on data protection.
10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
